Long Term Disability (LTD)
- Provides 60% of an employee’s salary if you experience a long term disability resulting from accidental injury or illness.
- Coverage is optional and enrollment is not necessary.
- Benefits begin after 180 days (6 months) of disability resulting from an accident or sickness (non-work related).
