GROUP INSURANCE BENEFITS 
Once hired, a full-time employee is eligible for insurance coverage. Dependent coverage is available for spouses and children. Eligible children include those from birth to age 26.

Long Term Disability (LTD)

  • Provides 60% of an employee’s salary if you experience a long term disability resulting from accidental injury or illness. 
  • Coverage is optional and enrollment is not necessary.
  • Benefits begin after 180 days (6 months) of disability resulting from an accident or sickness (non-work related).
